Teacher's Best - The Creative Process

Scribbles Drawing Inspiration

resources index > lesson plans > SCRIBBLES < social studies

Supplies- Paper, Pencil, Crayons, Markers or paint.
scribbles 1 Cover the entire paper with a continuous spontaneous light pencil line. Be sure to go in all directions with a variety of straight and curved lines.

Look for shapes that are created by the lines and trace over them with a heavy pencil line. Just imagine you are gazing up at clouds changing shapes as they float by! Can't see anything? Just rotate the paper.

scribbles 3 Use crayons, markers or paint to fill in shapes.
