Waltzing Matilde is song most associated with Australia. The lyrics were written by poet Banjo Paterson in 1895 and first published as sheet music in 1903.
Once a jolly swagman camped by a billabong
Under the shade of a coolibah tree,
And he sang as he watched and waited till his billy boiled
“You'll come a-Waltzing Matilda, with me”
Paterson also wrote The Man from Snowy River which was made into a 1982 movie.
