Albert Einstein, theoretical physicist, is regarded as the most famous scientist in the 20th century, and his E=mc2 the best known equation, became the most recognized face on Earth.

Albert Einstein was born 3-14-1879 in Ulm, Germany.

He enrolled in the four year mathematics and physics teaching diploma program at the Zurich Polytechnic, in 1896. He did not find a teaching position and a friends father helped him secure a job in Bern, as a patent examiner.

At the age of 26, Einstein revolutionized accepted views of the universe with his ideas and theories on the nature of energy, matter, motion, time and space, winning the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1921. He was also renowned as a humanitarian and philosopher whose contributions made him one of the most compelling figures in history.

Albert Einstein died 4-18-1955 in Princeton, NJ.

E=mc2, Creative ProcessPoster images of Albert Einstein include portraits, photographs and drawings with quotes such as “Imagination is more important than knowledge.”; “The ideals which have lighted my way, and time after time have given me new courage to face life cheerfully, have been Kindness, Beauty, and Truth.”; “Gravitation cannot be held responsible for people falling in love.”; “I want to know God’s thoughts, the rest are details”; and “Do not worry about your difficulties in mathematics. I can assure you that mine are still greater.”
